Fitness Test 2: Body Fat Percentage

How to perform the test:
Step 1: Measure your height
Stand straight against a wall — no shoes, heels together.
Use a tape measure or stadiometer to measure from the floor to the top of your head.
Record your height in inches.
Step 2: Take body measurements
For Men
Measure your:
- Neck — just below the Adam’s apple, slightly loose
- Waist — at navel level, fully relaxed

Take each measurement three times, calculate the average, and record it.
For Women
Measure your:
- Neck — just above the collarbone, slightly loose
- Waist — at the narrowest point of your torso
- Hips — at the widest point of your buttocks

Step 3: Weigh yourself
Use a scale to weigh yourself in pounds.
Stand still, no shoes, minimal clothing. Record the result.
