How to Perform the Test:
- Wake up naturally and stay still in bed.
- Place two fingers beside your windpipe or three fingers on your wrist.
- Count your heartbeats for 60 seconds
– or just check your resting heart rate on your Fitbit Charge 6. - 👉 On the calculator below, select your gender and age, then enter your 60-second count and click Calculate.
